The Tourism Business Council of South Africa (TBCSA) welcomes all industry professionals to our inaugural conference where stakeholders across the tourism value chain will examine, discuss and come up with solutions to some of the challenges facing our sector. The conference is an ideal platform for you to make your voice heard as we get the tourism sector back on track and play our part in reviving the South African economy.
The face-to-face gathering will take place from 14th to 16th September at Sun City Resort in the warm province of the North West. The programme will be made up of plenaries, discussion panels and breakaway sessions among others. While the evenings will be dominated by social events to allow delegates to further network, socialise and enjoy our hospitality.

Tourism minister Lindiwe Sisulu approved a trip to London by a delegation led by SA Tourism board for the controversial nearly R1bn sponsorship proposal for English soccer team Tottenham Hotspurs.
The Tourism Business Council of South Africa says it is concerned by the way SA Tourism has gone about its decision. The council says the proposal does not consider where the growth for the tourism sector is going to come from.
Health and safety is paramount at the TBCSA Inaugural Conference 2022 and the well-being of our delegates and sponsors at the event is our top priority. We are closely monitoring COVID-19 regulations in line with advice from the government and local health authorities to ensure that you are protected.
