LECTURE INVITATION: ABUSE OF DOMINANCE AS A COMPETITION LAW VIOLATION, 19 JULY
Via affiliation to BUSA, the Mandela Institute invites TBCSA members who have an interest in competition law to a lecture on the abuse of dominance as a competition law violation. The lecture will take place on 19 July 2017 at the University of Witwatersrand’s Braamfontein West Campus and will explore the reach and impact of competition laws around the world. It will also reflect on dominant firm strategies and innovative ideas to sell more and better goods. The lecture will be delivered by Professor of Trade Regulation at New York University’s School of Law, Eleanor M. Fox. Details of the lecture are as follows:
