EXCLUSIVE INVITE FROM BUSA: HAVE YOUR SAY ON THE CHANGING SETA LANDSCAPE
BUSA has the pleasure of inviting TBCSA members to the next Constituency Capacity Building and Advocacy (CCBA) workshop on the revised National Skills Development Plan (NSDP). The workshop is designed to stimulate engagement and to consult on the changing national skills development landscape, which many members have experienced challenges on (notably with CATHSSETA) in the recent past.
Why attend this important workshop?
Government has recently proposed a number of changes to the skills development landscape that have direct implications for business. These include revisions on funding and reporting requirements; the role and functioning of SETAs; the centrality of business in work-integrated learning; and partnering with TVET colleges. Overall, your inputs will assist BUSA to develop a consolidated business position on the NSDP. Details of the workshop are as follows:
- Date: Wednesday 10 May 2017
- Venue: BUSA Offices, Bentley Office Park, Block 9, Wessels Road, Rivonia
