REPORT SAFETY AND SECURITY INCIDENTS TO TSI
We encourage all members to ensure that incidents are reported to the TSI in addition to reporting cases to the SAPS. Due to the sensitive nature of the incidents that are reported to the TSI and the potential reputational risk involved, please note that the TSI is not always in a position to publicly pronounce on certain cases or incidents. We however wish to assure members whose incidences are reported to the TSI through the website or via e-mail that they are being attended to.
The unfortunate incident of an attack on Chinese tourists (as reported in the media and by SA Tourism) and several others flagged to us, have been logged on the TSI incident reporting system. We are following up with the authorities on these incidents and will share updates when available and relevant. Should you wish to make direct contact with us, please contact our TSI contact person, Mr. Alex Malapane on firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 012 664 0120
