UNWTO barometer: 4% increase in international tourism arrivals for first half of 2016

According to the latest UNWTO barometer, international tourist arrivals worldwide grew by 4% between January and June 2016, compared to the same period last year. Honing in on Africa, there was a reported 5% increase of international arrivals to the continent, with Sub-Saharan Africa showing a vigorous recovery of 12%. Click here to read more.
